Inside the second box she sent, (going way above and beyond what I ever expected) was an adorable cat Halloween card, some yummy smelling candles, point protectors (which i've already put to use), fuzzy peach candies, (of which I have yet to devour them all) and some Halloween cookie stencils.

She also sent a ball of Musa wool, which is made in Italy and is a blend of merino and acrylic. So very soft and my yarn porn shot of the day.

The best of all was the Holiday Knits book which was on my amazon wish list. It was a wonderful surprise as my collection of knitting books is somewhat small and it's a great addition.

Thank you so much Spooky pal from Fredericton NB. I do hope to be able to thank her properly when I discover her true identity. She has yet to reveal her true identity.

Swaps are so much fun! I just put that book on my library list.
Hiya! Yes I saw Stars in December at Lee's, and I saw them in the summer at Lollapalooza. I saw the Akron family in January at the Great Hall and was pleasantly surprised by how great they were! Missed that last show of theirs that you went to.
I just fed your fish!
:)
Awww, what a lot of goodies you received! The book looks totally interesting, I can't wait to see the projects you're deciding for - and that yarn is to die for, absolutely divine! Enjoy knitting with it!
I just got Holiday Knits out from the library. I love the placemat pattern!
