Love the quizzes. I'm Australian and took them just for fun, 82% British and 50% Canadian, guess I need to learn more about Canada huh?
Ah, the eternal question of the cream tea! It tends to be done differently in different places, although I don't know which preference belongs to where. You have been taught by someone with Dorset roots and in our family we see the clotted cream as the butter subsitute. Elsewhere, they stick the jam on and put more of a decorative dollop of cream on top of the jam. Doing it our way, you get more cream!
