Start Date Sock A: March 24th, 2007
Finish Date Sock A: April 14th, 2007
Start Date Sock B: April 14th, 2007
Finish Date Sock B: May 1st, 2007
I do believe the next pair of socks won't take as long as the first pair. With sock A, I took a week off after knitting the heel flap before shaping the heel because it was a BIG step. With sock B, I attempted grafting the toe the night of April 23rd but had to rip it out, as I was interrupted part-way through by a certain someone, (Frost-talking to the cats), and made a mistake through loss of concentration.
Next on the needles are a pair of socks for my "not so secret socks swap" pal, but I won't be showing any progress or photos until they have been handed over to her.

Congratz on the socks! I so agree on the break after the heel, heck I still do that, lol.
I was not talking to the cats, I was singing to them. They like it when I do that.
